LLL Leader Applicant

I made progress on my goal of becoming a La Leche League leader today. I went to the annual gathering of leaders and leader applicants from all of Northern California to meet everyone and talk about "League" stuff. My own mentor leader was there and reminded me that we are nearly done with a major part of the training process. I have to do some more writing exercises but I am finally starting to feel like I can finish!

With a year of leading LLL meetings plus a year of lactation support for midwifery clients, I will have the 1000 hours required to apply to become an IBCLC, which is the end goal. 

Still a ways to go but hurray for progress!
