Ziplock Bags

So, the woman who designed my doula letterhead and will soon be developing my new web site, lives in our neighborhood. She just sent out a message to our community email list saying she is collecting any and all ziplock bags that cannot be re-used. Roosevelt Elementary School (just up the street from us) works with Terracycle to recycle the ziplock bags and the school then gets two cents per bag.

I use a ton of ziplock bags to hold birth supplies, so I'll be donating a bunch. I wanted to spread the word that I'd be happy to be a collecting point for others before I take the bags to the school. Every little bit of community helps.
