Quickbooks

Ack! I'm supposed to be fast asleep by now but I'm just now getting to bed. 

I've been up all night working on the bookkeeping for our non-profit, California Families for Access to Midwives. I ordered Quickbooks because I've always wanted to try it out and I was super excited to load it tonight and start playing with it. Three hours later, I'm completely disappointed! It's nowhere near as fun as I thought it would be. It's neither quick nor easy. Boo :(

For now, I'm sticking with my color coded Excel spreadsheets. I hope after playing around with Quickbooks some more, I can learn to love it. What a bummer.
